Sophie Wardle
Mixed Media Artist & Poet, Nau Arts Founder
“My name is Sophie and I live in The Cotswolds in the UK. Making art gives me space. After a series of serious neurological diagnoses, it helps manage day to day stresses and lets me enjoy the moment.”
“I use my art as a voice too. Change needs its cheerleaders! Typically multi media, my pieces tend to be starting points for reflection and lots of discussion. Any conclusions are left to the audience. You decide what you see and feel.”

Simon Howe
Portraiture & Life Studies
“My focus is now the human body, portraits and life drawings. I do not try to reproduce photographic likeness, almost all of us have a phone that can do that. We all know that a face comprises of a nose, mouth and two eyes and much more. However, it is the subtle differences, the space between the eyes, how far the mouth is below the bottom of the nose, and so on that makes a drawing real.”

Laura Seaby
Freelance Graphic Designer & Illustrator
“Hello, I’m a freelance graphic designer and illustrator living in Cheltenham with my husband and two children. I was brought up in a home passionate about art and creativity and was drawing and printmaking from a young age in my Dad’s attic studio.”
“Since graduating in 2006 I have largely specialised in packaging design for games and gifts. I particularly enjoy projects involving both design and illustration. I appreciate the small details and the witty side of design, which is something I try to bring to my work.”
