Once your work is ready to collect we will contact you. Your work can be collected from The Potthouse Collective for free or we can mail it to you for an additional charge (this will vary depending on the size of the work).

If you have taken part in a pottery class it will take on average 5-6 weeks for your pottery to be fired, glazed and fired again ready for collection. Please note that due to fluctuations in the amount of work waiting to be fired it may take longer than expected. If it has been more than 6 weeks please feel free to contact us to enquire about the status of your work.

Please collect your work as soon as possible from when we contact you. There is a risk that we will discard work that has not been collected after 3 months due to space limitations.

Unfortunately due to the nature of ceramics work sometimes does not ‘survive’ the kiln – this is not a reflection of the way the work has been loaded as our potters are always incredibly careful but is instead a normal risk. The Potthouse Collective cannot be held responsible for any kiln-related damage to your work.
